Profile

Dr. Muhammad Bilal Zafar is an Assistant Professor of Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance at Minhaj University, Lahore-PK since September, 2020. He holds PhD in Islamic Economics from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur-MY. He is a member of the Certified Shariah Adviser and Auditor (CSAA) fellowship under the auspices of Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), Bahrain. 
He has research interests in Islamic economics, Islamic finance, corporate social responsibility, organizational economics, Islamic political economy, and Islamic jurisprudence. He has various international publications in Scopus / ISI indexed journals. He is a Certified Publons Academy Peer Reviewer, and member of reviewer committees in national and international journals.
