Introduction

BS in Microbiology is a 4 year semester based program which provides deep insight into the growth and characteristics of living organisms such as bacteria and viruses, and prepares the students with academic and professional skills to start their career right away as environmental microbiologist, food microbiologist and medical microbiologist etc.

Objectives

  • To identify, formulate, research literature, analyze complex microbiology problems.
  • To investigate complex issues in microbiology in a methodical way.
  • To differentiate between different types of microorganisms based on their properties
