Dr. Sajjad Ahmad, an accomplished Associate Professor and Director at Minhaj University Lahore, Pakistan, has been a significant contributor to the academic community since 2005. With a strong focus on Management Sciences, he has been teaching and managing research activities, transforming the School of Business and Management Sciences into a dynamic and progressive department. Dr. Ahmad also initiated and managed the MPhil Management Sciences program during his tenure as Head of the Department from 2012 to 2016. As a Visiting Faculty member at various prestigious institutions such as NUML, LGU, and COMSATS University Lahore Campus, Dr. Ahmad has taught a diverse range of subjects including Research Methodology, Data Analysis, HRM, OB, Strategic Management, and MIS. His commitment to teaching excellence is reflected in his student-centered approach, emphasizing active learning and the integration of technology in the classroom. Dr. Ahmad's research interests lie in the application of PLS-SEM in management sciences, with a particular focus on organizational behavior, leadership effectiveness, and strategic management. He has published extensively in reputed journals, contributing valuable insights into job stressors, transformational leadership, technology innovation, and socio-technical systems. His research work includes notable publications such as the impact of job stressors on employee retention and the role of technology innovation in organizational effectiveness. In recognition of his academic excellence, Dr. Ahmad has received Gold Medals for his MPhil and MBA degrees. He is also an active member of AACSB Graduates (UPM Malaysia) and has been involved in various service activities aimed at enhancing research quality within Minhaj University. Dr. Ahmad has supervised numerous MS and PhD research projects, focusing on areas such as knowledge hiding, project management, ambidextrous leadership, and the impact of pandemic stress on consumer behavior. His role as a reviewer for several internationally recognized research publishers further underscores his dedication to advancing academic research. With expertise in various research software, including SmartPLS, SPSS, R Studio, and NVIVO, Dr. Ahmad continues to contribute to the field of management sciences, fostering a dynamic and innovative learning environment for his students.
