Dr. Muhammad Tayyab Associate Professor and Head of School of Economics and Finance at Minhaj University Lahore. President of Seekers Entreprenurial Club Research Fellow at Centre for Economic Planning and Development at Minhaj University Lahore. Over 15 years of teaching and research experience in various institutions/universities in Pakistan; He has experience of teaching at Punjab University, PIDE, COMSATS Lahore, International Islamic University Islamabad, University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Muzaffarabad, and Minhaj University Lahore. He has experience with the World bank, United nations, Government of Pakistan, Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir and The South Asian Network for Development and Environmental Economics (SANDEE). He has conducted various seminars and workshops in different universities of Pakistan. He has supervised more then twelve M. Phil thesis and around eight under process while including two thesis of PhD and various these has been completed at Bachelors level. He has also evaluated the M. Phil thesis of different universities like AERC Karachi, IBM Karachi, Punjab University, GIFT Gujranwala, UVAS Lahore etc. Dr. M. Tayyab also served in the corporate sector. He served as Secretary General in Gujranwala chamber of commerce and Industry. He has also corporate experience in Rays Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd, Goodwill Garments, plastic industry, Ice Factory etc. Presently Dr. Tayyab is serving as the head of Economics and Finance at Minhaj University Lahore, President of Seekers Entrepreneurial Club at Minhaj University Lahore, Director at MTN Trading Co., Director at ZMH trading Co.
