The Center of Economic Planning and Development at Minhaj University Lahore hosted an insightful workshop titled "Data Pre-Processing Using Python." The interactive session, led by Dr. Gulzar Ahmad, Head of the School of Computer Science, aimed to enhance participants' analytical skills for research. The workshop attended by students and faculty from the School of Statistics and the School of Computer Science, covered essential topics such as importing datasets into Python, handling missing values and outliers, managing categorical data (including nominal and ordinal data), conducting descriptive analysis, and performing feature selection and engineering of data. Dr. Khurram Shahzad, Registrar of Minhaj University Lahore, presented an appreciation shield to Dr. Gulzar Ahmad in recognition of his contribution and he reiterated the need of data related skills
