She discussed practical steps to start a venture, covering idea validation, funding strategies, and resilience. Dr. Umber Noreen, Director of the Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC), added her perspective, highlighting the skills critical to entrepreneurship problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership and their relevance in today’s fast-evolving markets. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A, where students showed enthusiasm for launching startups.
