The National Archives of Pakistan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Minhaj University Lahore, aiming to foster collaboration in preserving and promoting Pakistan's rich history and heritage. This partnership will enhance access to historical records through digitalization, enabling more significant research and educational opportunities. Both institutions are committed to raising cultural awareness and providing a more comprehensive understanding of Pakistan's historical narrative by combining resources and expertise.
Vice Chancellor of Minhaj University Lahore, Prof. Dr. Sajid Mehmood Shahzad, stated, "This collaboration is a significant milestone in our commitment to preserving Pakistan's heritage. By working with the National Archives, we can ensure that our history is preserved and made accessible to the public and researchers worldwide."
Director General of the National Archives of Pakistan, Muhammad Din Chakrani, added, "We are thrilled to partner with Minhaj University Lahore. Together, we will harness the power of digital technology to safeguard our nation's historical records and promote a deeper understanding of our cultural identity."
