Minhaj University Lahore celebrated Pakistan's 77th Independence Day with a dignified flag-hoisting ceremony. Dr. Talib Hussain, Dean of Basic Sciences and Mathematics, raised the national flag before Ibn Khaldun Block, followed by a Guard of Honour. Dr. Talib greeted the guards and wished them a happy Independence Day. Faculty members, many accompanied by their children, showed great enthusiasm, waving flags proudly. The event was attended by Registrar Dr. Khurram Shahzad, Dean of Languages Dr. Fakhr-ul-Haq Noori, Director of Administration Salman Jahangir, and various deans, faculty members, and students. The ceremony concluded with a special prayer for Pakistan's safety and prosperity. To mark the occasion, a tree was planted by Dr. Talib Hussain, and a complimentary breakfast was served to all participants in celebration.
